• “Guests”: Individuals appearing in the photos.
• “End Users”: People accessing shared photos through the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable to use this Service.

3. Your Responsibilities

3.1 Consent and Privacy

• You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, consents, and permissions from guests and event hosts before uploading Content.
• Snaptide does not verify or manage guest consent.
• You warrant that your uploads do not violate privacy or data protection laws.

3.2 Content Ownership

• You retain full ownership of your Content.
• You grant Snaptide a license to process, host, and display your Content.
• Facial features may be extracted into non-reversible embeddings for recognition.

3.3 Restricted Content

• No illegal, abusive, pornographic, or unauthorized content is allowed.
• We may remove Content that violates these Terms.

4. Photo Delivery and Guest Access

• You may share event albums with guests using face-recognition links.
• Snaptide does not publish your photos publicly unless you opt in.
• You control who can access links; we do not monitor their distribution.

5. Platform Usage and Fair Use

We may apply reasonable usage limits. Excessive use, scraping, or abuse may result in suspension.

6. Account and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.

7. AI and Face Recognition Disclaimer

Face recognition is statistical and may not always be accurate. You agree not to hold Snaptide liable for errors or mismatches.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Photos may be retained until deleted by you or your account is terminated.
• Inactive data may be deleted after a reasonable time.
• Embeddings may be stored for analytics or performance improvement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for policy violations, legal reasons, or service abuse.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Snaptide is provided "as-is" and "as-available".
• We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
• You agree to indemnify Snaptide against any claims related to your Content or conduct.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Bathinda, Punjab.
